Content Submission Instructions - Sponsors & Exhibitors

Thank you for partnering with DVCON U.S. 2021! Your involvement is helping to make the virtual conference a success. DVCON U.S. is fast approaching so we ask that our sponsors and exhibitors properly preparing.

Below you will find a list of content that should be prepared for each sponsorship level. By February 1st sponsors & exhibitors will receive an email with a unique submission link for all content. All of the below information is due on February 9th. This is a hard deadline and NO extensions will be provided.

To view specific instructions, click on your sponsorship level below: 

Gold Sponsors, please submit the following:

  • Full Name, Job Title, and Email for up to 5 representatives. Please note that representatives will still need to register for the conference separately.
  • High-Resolution Logo (png, jpeg)
  • 1 paragraph company description
  • 1-Page Ad for the Conference Program (8.5”x11” PDF)
  • List of your top two preferred dates for the pre-conference dedicated marketing email.  If you would like this email sent before January 13th please contact [email protected] directly.
  • List of your top two preferred dates for the post-conference dedicated marketing email. 
  • List of your top two time slots for the dedicated 1-hour live sponsorship session. Please note that these sessions should fall during Networking/Exhibit Hall hours. Click here to see the program grid.

    A gold sponsorship also includes a virtual exhibit booth. Please also prepare the following content for your booth:
    • 4 Marketing Flyers or Brochures (8.5”x11” PDF)
    • One 10-Minute Pre-Recorded Sales Pitch, Introduction Video or Demo (250 MB - MP4)
    • List of your top three time slots for the two 30-minute scheduled engagements. Please note that sponsorship sessions cannot overlap with technical sessions. Click here to see the program grid.

      **The HTML of your dedicated marketing email must be provided at least 7 days before the scheduled send date.

Virtual Exhibitors, please submit the following:

  • Full Name, Job Title, and Email of one representative. Please note that the representative will still need to register for the conference separately.
  • High-Resolution Logo (png, jpeg)
  • 1 paragraph company description
  • 4 Marketing Flyers or Brochures (8.5”x11” PDF)
  • One 10-Minute Pre-Recorded Sales Pitch, Introduction Video or Demo (250 MB - MP4)

With your virtual exhibit booth, you will receive two 30-minute scheduled engagements. Learn more about engagements at https://2021.dvcon.org/confluxs-engagement. Please complete the following form https://forms.gle/TS6dqijg7CQFbEqz5 with your preferred time slots. If preference is not received by February 9th your company will be randomly assigned. Assignments are on a first come first serve basis.

Live Commercial Sponsors, please submit the following:

  • 15, 30, or 45 Second Pre-Recorded Commercial (250 MB – MP4)
  • List of your top 3 preferred time slot for playing the commercial.  Click here to see the program grid.

Video Display Sponsors, please submit the following:

  • 1 Graphic Image (minimum height of 720 pixels, aspect ratio: 16:9. Saved as png, jpeg, or PDF)

Content for Sponsored Tutorials & Short Workshops will be submitted through a separate link from the other sponsorship levels. Tutorial / Short Workshop Instructions 

Please make sure you read through these instructions and the prospectus in detail so that you are prepared for the February 9th submission deadline. This is a hard deadline and NO extensions will be provided.

To register your representatives visit https://2021.dvcon.org/registration. Please have all representatives registered by February 9th. We recommend that all representatives register under the ALL-ACCESS pass. If you are a Workshop, Tutorial, or Author you MUST register under the ALL-ACCESS rate.
