Refund Cancelation Policy
All refunds must be requested by February 1, 2021 and are subject to a $35 cancelation fee. Requests for refunds after February 1, 2021 will not be honored and all fees will be forfeited. For refund requests please contact Laura LeBlanc.

FAQ's
Registration will open on November 30th and will close on March 4th at Noon PST. Register by January 31st for a reduced rate.
Registration will be open for the full length of the conference. It can take up to 48 hours from the completion of your registration to gain access to the virtual platform. Thus attendees who register after February 26th may receive delayed access to the virtual platform.
Registered attendees will receive an access email 24 hours before the start of the conference. If you do not receive an access email by February 28th at 5 PM PST please reach out to [email protected].
A confirmation email will be send within 1 hour of the completion of your registration. For an official receipt please email [email protected].

DVCon conference proceedings will be distributed electronically via a link that will be shared with you several days prior to the conference dates. The speaker presentations will be available on the website by May 2021.
DVCon proceedings will be available to the full conference attendees electronically via a link that you will receive at registration. Past proceedings can be found on the DVCon website.
You need to register all of your booth personnel for a booth staff badge so they have access to the virtual exhibitor floor. Booth staff should use the regular registration link and select "Exhibit Staff".
